Legend Of Dubai Breaks Through in Style for First Win with the Team

It was a satisfying result on Thursday evening as Legend Of Dubai broke through for his first win under our care, delivering a well-deserved victory and confirming the promise he’s shown in recent weeks.

Trainer, Dom Sutton made a smart and strategic decision to drop the gelding back in grade, which was a move that paid immediate dividends. The confidence-boosting win marked Legend Of Dubai’s first win in over 1,000 days, a testament to Dom’s patient and well-executed training approach. It was also a great reward with the son of Dubawi proving to be an astute Inglis Digital purchase at just $30,000.

The manner of the win suggested there’s more in store, with the seven-year-old powering to the line with authority. There’s every reason to believe he’ll be even more effective once the rains come in Victoria and he finds a softer track.
